When you are looking, also look at the county code for minimum sqft of the home. I say this because we have a substantial amount of acreage we bought in GA and we a not allowed to add tiny home or build any home that is less than 1500 sqft. So please check county/city code for tiny home - other than that we love your work and hopefully our county will come around to allow these homes.

Glad I found you, I have been wanting to the the same thing. Not sure if I want the Airbnb or was also thinking of building a small campground with campsites for tents, rvs, and also some tiny homes to rent out. I can't wait to follow along with your journey.

I’ve heard you say a few times that these can be financed on a 30 year loan because they are built to code. I’m curious if you know how willing banks are to loan on tiny homes. I’m just not super educated on that subject.

A very informative video. In the past I have had great difficulty getting banks to finance houses with less than two bedrooms. What is your experience? Of course we're in a very different area of the country I'm in Upstate New York.

Planning a move to SE Asia and getting some land, building tiny homes to rent to foreigners is an option. Land is super expensive compared to US and rent is super low compared to the US. But money can still be made imo.
