It’s my birthday 65 today. So happy to be able to engage with this beautiful music. Only wish I could’ve seen them perform live but hey you can’t always have what you want. X

For those who have heard this album multiple times... have you noticed the "Kanji" lettering actually spell out Tosca ?

It is hard to belive, but the radio sample at 57:41 is one of the most important pieces of Spanish history: it represents the end of the Spanish Civil War. What you hear along the beat is the official announcement given by the self-proclaimed nationalist faction. In it, they declare the war to be over. That meant the end of the Civil War, as well as the end of the 2nd Spanish Republic. On that day (1st of April 1939) Franco's dictactorship started a rule that would last almost 40 years. I was so shocked to hear this amid these songs. I hope you find it interesting!

Oh! Brilliant.. reminds me of the closeness back in Coventry in the 70’s and 80’s so many of us enjoyed this music as it played over our heads and the symbolism of Coventry Cathedral.. like a message of peace in the atmosphere..x
