I love that although Jim loves to screw with Dwight, he cared about Dwight enough to run down to the parking lot as soon as Dwight started yelling at 8:21.

I love that this show gives different styles of management Andy: Get people to love you and they'll be awesome employees. Dwight: Make your inferiors fear you and they'll be obedient underlings.
