Love this! My mom and I have been doing a fun quarantine project: we cast ambiance videos to the TV and write a paragraph about the video. No rules, it can be as crazy and fictional as we like. Been a ton of fun. <3

pro tip: pull up two Youtube tabs, one of your favourite song, and rain sounds on the other tab. Toggle the volume on each sounds to your desire. The layered sounds are the most relaxing thing to listen to, plus they help make you focus. 💙

This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it. 💚 💙
