Thank you for your video. It inspired us to set up a heavy bag in our home gym as well. Happy Holidays + training. Ps. We have the Rogue RML 390F(unbolted) holding up a 100lb heavy bag.

Nice. I just got the rm-4 monster. Boxer and did a little Mma. I gotta have a bag and will get the speed bag attachment for the opposite side as well. Not gonna bolt to the ground. Question, do you need those weights on it or just added them for insurance?

3:17 looks like you left off the bottom bolt on the crossmember. Isn’t there a hole in the middle of the shrimp trawler half-way at the 3 inch mark that you can use for that bolt? Also, can you position the shrimp trawler out to the side instead of the front of the rack? I’m worried about both bolt placement as well as tipping over.

How has it held up? Im thinking of the same setup. Your rack seems to rattle a good amount but looks solid. DId you bolt your rack to the ground?

how tall is your rack and how heavy is your bag? trying to see how much weight this can hold?

I wonder if you can attach to the side instead, that way it doesn't get in the way for when you're lifting weights outside the rack
