So here’s a funny bit. During Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum’s heyday, you could catch Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in the game without the need of the GBA games. However, you needed a specific distribution Pokemon to unlock them. A special distribution Regigigas. So you need a Regigigas, to get the other Regi golems, to get Regigigas.

This brings up memories of when I was excitedly consulting the official guide for Diamond and Pearl for Regigigas when I was in 5th grade, and how I had to revisit Sapphire to get the three Regis that I didn't know existed until then 😄

They really need to get rid of Slow Start. Giving it Slow Start for "balancing" isn't a good reason thanks to Mega Ray,Xerneas,Zacian,Ultra Necrozma,Cinderace,Greninja,Urshifu,Pheromosa and Rider Calyrex. These Pokemon are way too good.

Pro tip if you have a high level spiriting bring it to this fight. Spiritomb is immune to hammer arm and zen headbutt and should be able to take a heavy slam or two but it makes 2 of regigigas moves obsolete

I was so happy finding out that you can get him without transefering! I really hated that in diamond and pearl you had to either transfer (which I couldnt, since I only got that game) or that you needed a special Regigigas to get the Regis ingame to get the Regigigas ingame loool.

You could also (Only in Platnium), go into a cave room within Mt. Coronet, Iron Island and Route 228 to get Regice, Registeel and Regirock during a certain period of time during an event.
