I understand well this principle: the more you dedicate and train not only effectively, but thoroughly; the more that you will grow. I'm never really got into the football culture until I was about 18. Now, as a 19 year old that's put thousands of hours of individual training despite not having a team or a coach, I've made huge improvements. In the beginning I couldn't even get passed 5 kick ups, now I can surpass 50 in a row. My first touch ability was actually pretty natural when I first started... that surprised me loads. But as I trained, I improved. My ultimate goal is to make any team, even amateur leagues, just to feel that sensation of what it may be like as a footballer. Though, who knows? Maybe with enough time and discipline I could go farther than an amateur team. Doubted, but worth a try. Great video! Very motivational. Cheers!

This reminds me of Browneys fitness videos, loved the concept and if possible I'd love to see 60 days 90 days and a year update. Even if you're not personally training him, if he's still consistently playing would be great to see how he imtpoves

Incredible how much he improved in such a short time, well done Kieran and Tobi

I remember back in high school when there was a inter school tournament, I wanted to play in it. So i started playing football before 7 momths from the scratch to participate in it. Focusing on all the basics in the first 2 month alongside focusing on my fitness and flexibility, From month 2 to 5 i traied so hard to improve those techniques and get faster with the ball and choose a position for myself ( LW ) And then the final 2 month i played more than 20 matches and gained some match experience. Over-all, The journey was fun and i was just shocked on how much i improved in the span of few months. This shows that you can actually do anything if you really focus and stay dedicated.

Great job directing this video! A lovely concept and a ton of time was spent on the project plus the transitions were really clean. Always a pleasure to watch videos from this channel and it's inspired me to put in 110% at training tonight
  • I just started playing football, and my friends put me at defensive mid-fielder. My dribbling skills are okay, but they only put me at that position because I'm fast apparently. After we lost a game to a class one year younger than us, I decided I should buy a football and play at home. I've improved my dribbling, and because of that, I get the ball more. I haven't scored any goals yet but I have done ten headers 😅 I don't know if that's good but I'm proud

I wish i had a friend who'd spend 30 days to introduce me to football. I really like the sport, its unfortunate that i never found the chance to be involved

Totally agree with this video. I was Ok at footy up to the age of 13. I spent the summer holidays, about 6 weeks, of training and when I went back to school people slowly realised I was a load better. I was a defensive midfielder that could split defences with my passing. Can't play any more due to medical reasons. Good times were had though!
  • This video is honestly so inspiring and made me wanna practice everyday no matter the weather it is outside
  • @CFCevanfj
tbf he improved massively over the month, congrats to him
  • I know this is a year old video, and probably no one will ever see this, but I don't really care, so I'm just ramble a little bit So last year I've gotten really into football ig my passion for it has risen up again and it gotten so strong that it made me stop my 7 year long boxing career which I will start again in a week or 2 but I still want to play football I'd prefer to play in a farmers league rather than be in a championship ring. I'm really sad I wasn't given a chance like Toby got. I've played 2 years of football when i was very little. I played when I was 6 till 8. I am now 15 years old and told my dad I want to start football again but he told me I am too old to start now, he told me that I'll get destroyed and humiliated which I doubt but I feel like he's right everyone at my age already is training under a "big club" in my country but I'm honestly not that bad. I average 15 keep ups, my dribbling isn't my best factor, my accuracy is honestly good most the time, I was the 3rd fastest in my school last year and went racing nationally which I ended 7th, my control needs the most amount of help really. But the thing is my dad at 18 was the best in my country, honestly a game changer type of player young Messi/Ronaldo, he was do good he was in the newspaper cover in Greece which is not where he's even from and him saying these things and my grandpa backing him up really fuckinh hurts. I just want to be given a chance, a chance at training, a chance to prove my worth. I just want to get back into the game because, really, I love the feeling of being on the field. When I'm in a ring, I feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I don't like to hurt people, but everyone tells me I have so much talent in boxing so much potential. But I don't fucking like it anymore, I want to go back to playing ball I want to have that feeling again. My cousins that used to play competitive football last year (one stopped because he became a dad and the other because of health problems) take me to play with them and their friends sometimes and honestly while I'm definitely not the best there I'm also definitely not bad, shit I even score atleast once a match. I just hope my dad could see it from my eyes, but sadly, he can't. If anyone actually took the time out of their lifes to read all of this, I'd just like to say thank you to hear me ramble, and I hope you have a wonderful day whether you read this or not.

There is no way this kid has never played football. His technique on day 1 looks far far far ahead of someone who has never played football. Sick video tho and the improvement was fairly good for someone who has never played the sport . Kieran for a prem team future coach 👀.
  • I am already 18 years old and I just started playing football/soccer recently like 3 days ago. I was interested in this sport when I was young but it was hard to play since our place did not have any available football fields or any wide place so I focused on other sports. I am having so much fun playing football and very much interested in continuing to do so. I am actually planning to buy my first football shoes/cleats later. I am a complete beginner at every aspect of the game but I know for sure that I am confident with my physical abilities. I am average with my speed and acceleration but I got a pretty decent body since I have played combat sports and a lot of contact sports. I am also striving to learn and get much better. This video was fun and inspiring to watch thank you.
  • I’ve been helping with my sons footy team and it’s really satisfying to help encourage kids improvement and see them grow. Sent this to one of the coaches. A really cool experiment. I had 2 people at school long ago I helped teach and one of them played for Peterborough Utd up to about U17 level so became a solid player.
