The judge literally turning her back on a woman who was just sexually assaulted is beyond disgusting.
  • I can't stand watching the woman being ignored by the judge as the officers assault her and then arrest her for not liking it. It's haunting. Those officers should not have just been fired. They should have been charged and served time.
  • @Laurennn
Homeboy got more time in jail for swearing at the judge than he did for domestic violence. Disgusting.
  • That is DISGUSTING that they arrested that young woman in the courtroom for a “false allegation”. That whole thing was grossly mishandled. She deserved way more than $200,000. Why did they need to search her anyways? She was already inside the courtroom. They usually do that BEFORE you enter the courthouse, don’t they?
  • Seeing the mom get cold heartedly arrested with the judge turning her back on her is the most heart retching scene. Even if there was no assault, she made it known she was Not comfortable with a male officer doing the search, and was asking for a female cop to be present. She really made no accusation other than the situation was simply uncomfortable and got a traumatizing event as a result.

Thank God that young woman got justice. That video of the judge just sitting there not defending her was infuriating.
  • @fefobobo
I’m so glad that mother got justice. I hope she and her child are doing well
  • That was painful to watch! Thank God they actually handled that case with the mom! That was so heartbreaking! Shame on all of them!
  • @Smemesky
The guy who tried to get the judge’s attention by throwing it back got me ROFLing
  • @tony9305
How weird is that female judge that ignored the woman claiming that deputy acted inappropriately. Super strange conduct in the courtroom
  • @Vscott187
I’m so happy they were held accountable in the situation with the mom and daughter case. I hope and pray that family is okay psychologically
  • @nicbarrax76
The mom getting arrested on no grounds just shows how vulnerable the public can be against law enforcement. Crazy!!!
  • "On record on tape say it was all lies" yes her retracting her story under the threat of arrest and having her child taken away really clears your name! Pos. And the judge is just as bad for not saying an effing word. Disgusting conduct.

Wow, the exessive force he only git suspended for 30 days... He should be fired. He is obviously a danger to society. If he's willing to do that in front of the judge i can only imagine what he does when he pulls people over. These monsters need to be pulled from the force.
  • @Clo822
I don't understand how you can say that is a false allegation when there were no witnesses. Also that poor girl saying "Sir, please don't take Momma" broke my heart. I am also very proud of her though for being polite even when she barely understood what was happening.
  • @brittbrat4977
The fact that both the Deputy and the Marshall both reacted hastily with aggression and threats should've immediately raised suspicion to that judge....but by her response it clearly shows this is something normal between the 3 of them. How terrifying for the young mom and her daughter. I'm so glad she held her ground and ended up having everything investigated. I'm even more glad that 3 pos can no longer abuse their power, and she was given a hefty payout. With that being said, there's nothing that changes the fact that what happened is traumatic and will forever be in her mind.
  • @mikotown
my heart breaks for the mom, watching a woman in power who can actually do something, turn her back on someone who was just blatantly assaulted. I hope her and her daughter are okay, $200k is not nearly enough for something so disgusting.
  • @OOceaneyess
What that monster did to that 7 year old child is heartbreaking. I don't know if could handle knowing what happened to my child in her final moments of life. They don't take too kindly to those who harm children in prison. I hope prison justice will be served, though he's probably in protective custody which isn't fair to the girl and her family.
