I hate the part where all the non black ppl stopped being friends with her so she came to the black table and they made it seem like she didn’t fit in with the black kids but they were talking about senior things and she was a sophomore so of course she won’t really understand 🙄

Hunter was def cringe, but I never hated him. He’s a genuinely nice guy who never pressured or purposefully stressed out Ginny. Everyone’s hating on him for the racist remarks he made towards her, but everyone conveniently forgets that Ginny literally instigated that whole argument? Saying that Hunter wasn’t Asian enough/ even she was more Asian than him and that his struggles weren’t comparable to hers... overall, this show is just veryyy irresponsible...

the black kids that ginny sat at the table of in that one episode felt infinitely more like actual people that would be nice to hang out with while MANG was insufferable

When I saw the black characters I thought they weren’t gonna accept Ginny and that would be the narrative, but Ginny literally blew them all off when they were being so welcoming then complained she wasn’t accepted with black kids

She literally chose the most TOXIC friend group and then wondered why they stayed having problems lmao. Everybody’s issue in this show was putting up a facade and not facing how they felt until it bottled up and came out as either a fight or a murder 💀 clearly there’s no good therapists in that town not even Abby’s parents 😭

i hate how everything wrong with this show could literally be solved with a long conversation, like how in the end when marcus said that it was a mistake to sleep with ginny, and she got all hurt, he was literally protecting her and stuff so like that was dumb and then max getting mad for like no reason, literally all of this is none of their buisness

I feel so bad for abby. Like at the dinner scene when she was explaining her family problems and then Ginny was like “ur not the only one with problems” i was like damn okay. That made me lose respect for ginny.
