As a e30 owner It was hard to watch you reveal how much rust Colins car had, now I want to go inspect my car... I'm sure it will look mint when finished.

Wow! I live in Wittmann, Arizona, USA, so we don’t have rust in the desert…. What we have instead, are things that the incredibly intense sun and heat ruin, such as: Dash(Cracks, fading, warping) Paint (Fading, peeling) Interior (fading, vinyl cracking, fabric disintegrating, headliner material falling due to glue disintegration) Weatherstrips/Window sweeps (Fading, disintegrating) The desert does a number on our cars, including the constant threat of overheating, but they don’t rust! Lol. I’ve always loved BMW 3, 6 and 7 series ( Though the only newer models I care for are the “4” series salons). I’ve always wanted a 633 CSI, and noticed you have a playlist for one, so I’ll be watching that! I used to work at a European auto body shop, fixing BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, FERRARI, Lamborghini, Peugeot, Fiat, etc. I’m pretty familiar with how they all go together, and I STILL love them!! You guys got a new subscriber in me!👍

It's also nice to see that YouTubers are watching each other's content (e.g. Colin being aware of Mat's box of rust at YCR) rather than it just being a constant battle for subscribers and views. I'm so happy you are doing this restoration. I was enjoying matt's 6 series work but this is way more pleasing. Colin is great. He's in good hands.

Getting into rallying this year has taught me there are 2 stand out cars for handling: mk2 Escort and the E30. This year I’ve really got an appreciation for these. Mine’s a Touring when my ship comes in

As a pencil pushing academic grad programmer, I wouldn't be able to do what you guys do nor what colin do, and I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to do this kind of work and put it on youtube for weaklings like myeself to see! Absolutely brilliant keep it up! Just promise me: since Colin started with four wheels and bmx videos, you dont go and suddenly build space stations because you have to one up him, now just because you started with motorized 4 wheelers... without documenting every step of the builds! That last bit is the important one! Also Don't let Collin ruin your hard work by driving into a lamp post or something mad.
