Dude, i just hit my 30s 2 months ago and RL is the only game i play literally everyday (i play a lot of other games too ofc). I was so engaged in this match up, i was rooting for the "grandpas" with such passion, shifting in my chair with the whiffs, cheering with the goals and got so incredibly depressed with the outcome that i felt my joints starting to ache. But then i was quickly snapped out of my gloomy darkness by the very last screen with a metaphorical spit take into a literal wheeze. I think it speaks volumes to one of the “grandpas” having their chat turned off and by the young SSL trolling just to rub it in as soon as they knew they’d win. Like I get it’s online games, but does every community just have to go out of their way to be that? Just super demoralizing to even wanna try to get better because who wants to play with that personality?
