I've been a Bucs fan a long time. Bringing Brady in and having a great front office has created a huge turnaround in the culture of the team and city. You can see all of the ripple effects that has had and I cannot be happier to see so many players resigning and seem generally happy about being here. Go Bucs!

I am so proud to be a lifelong Buc Fan. Started in 1976 When the Bucs drafted Lee Roy Selmon. I sat through 0-26 But I also have been fortunate to see two Superbowl Victories and I am more excited now than when we hosted the NFC Championship @ Tampa Stadium with Doug Williams and Ricky Bell. Jason Licht has made this current Buc success possible. And getting Baker penned to a new Contract is fantastic. Bravo.

When I close my eyes and listen to Baker talk, he sounds like Brady. Easily my favorite 2 quarterbacks to put on a bucs jersey.

He's self-aware now. Reporter asks "How did you wake up feeling today?" Baker: "Pretty normal. It's cardio day". Took the bait and turned it. Dude has grown up and matured so much. 99% of what happened in Cleveland was CLEVELAND'S fault. We all know that. But he made some mistakes with the media there that hurt him and it bit him in the end with their parting shots on his way out.
