    The 🌍 world outside that u see is not u. I mean the bird 🕊️ that u see is not u, the car that u see is not u etc. U & outside world is separate. Similarly u think ur d body but no, u r not the body, u r something invisible, nonphysical living in the body. Body and u r separate entities. Some call it soul, energy etc. 4 e.g. ⚰️ in a death case scenario, if u call urself body, then the body is still there, it should move, talk, laugh etc, but it can't. U got 1 life, please come out of the illusion. Don't identify with body, mind & thought. Awake, Know ur real self. While ur alive, pls pls 🙏 know this in this birth itself. Make this life worthwhile, otherwise how many ♻️ births u need to take! This is the "TRUTH" people r 👁️seeking for. Intellectually knowing is not enough, we have to realise, experience it. Experiencing this is called ENLIGHTENMENT. Majority of people don't know this. When u are in the awareness, in ur thought that ur not the body not the mind, ur nothing, ⏱️ from the time u wake up till u sleep, then gradually u will experience ur real non physical self. Be nothing, empty in ur thought, I am nothing consciousness, awareness. Ur idea of urself 'I' is only in thoughts, I am this I am that, philosophies, r all thoughts, but ur not the thought. Let go of all this associations in ur head. It's all about peeling off the conditioned layers, unmask🎭, distance, detach urself from body mind identity. Don't use logic, be still, thoughtless, silent in ur head. U don't have to renounce ur worldly life, just renounce ur identity with body mind and thought. When u distance urself from what ur not, what ur will reveal itself. B nothing cauz nothing & silence itself is God. Ur life will transform, massive shift, only 🎊 positive changes, once u start embodying the non physical self. Just keep this 🔑 formula in ur mind. A cheat code, u will reach developers mode in the game 🎮 called LIFE. This is d most easiest, shortest and quickest 🚀 way to attain Enlightenment. Self realisation itself is God realisation. Only blessed ones✨💫 gets this knowledge. Know thyself. Easy peasy.😊
