Prusa i3 Mk3 sound starting @0.46 what is causing this?

My Prusa i3 Mk3 is making a strange sound @0.46 when it moves in a certain combination of directions. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it? Please let me know

I agree with MrA, sounds like the nozzle is dragging on the infill. I see/hear that on my monoprice S Plus occasionally. Not sure of the best solution but a different shape infill sometimes solves it. I wonder if the real problem is over extrusion and or a bit to cold causing the previous layer to sit up just a bit to tall?
