How Mark Winger Almost Got Away With Murder

Hi everyone! Couple things: I know I haven’t been posting as much recently and I apologize for that. I have been going through a tough time personally and sometimes I just can’t pull myself together to cover these cases when I’m going through a difficult time. Right now I’m giving myself time for grieving losses and trying to take care of myself mentally so I can come back full schedule in July. Also- I’m seeing a few comments about audio issues- if you are experiencing too high or too low of volume can you tell me what you are experiencing and also what you are listening on? One of the things that really disturbs me is that Donnah probably heard her husband talking on the phone, faking distress, when she knew exactly what happened, and not being able to do or say anything...it must have been a terrible thing to think about in her last moments

I feel so bad for Donna, she was surrounded by horrible people except for her actual family. She didn't deserve any of it

The scariest person in this is DeAnn. Having an affair with your best friend's husband and continuing the affair after she knew he had killed her and then only telling the truth after he picked Rebecca over her. The ""guilt" didn't get to her. Jealousy did. The fact she didn't get charged with anything is such a miscarriage of justice.

There’s something i can’t stop thinking about this case: What if Mark had decided to stay with DeAnn? Would she have confessed? Or would she still be quiet to this day?

So basically Deanne knew everything since the beginning? There was not guilt, she just came out with the truth because Mark did not chose her. She should have been held accountable too.

DeAnne didn't wanna hurt Donna?? As she has an affair with her husband, AND keeps his murder plot a secret for YEARS!! Girl....Don't NOBODY feel bad for you!!

Kudos to Detective Cox for never giving up on that gut feeling of his AND for admitting his mistake and doing his best to help. Detectives are still human, and mistakes happen. It takes someone with integrity to admit they were wrong, especially in a situation like this.

A lot of respect to Rebecca for having her daughter connect to her family on the side of Donna... Really sweet, and what a strong lady for raising four kids on her own.

I don’t feel bad for Deanne. She knew her “best friend”‘s husband wanted her dead and she never said anything.

Deanne saying "She didn't need to die. She didn't deserve to die" YEAH NO SHIT! YOU WERE THE ONE WHO COULD HAVE STOPPED IT AND SAVED HER LIFE! She only went to the cops when she was the rejected woman and Mark picked Rebecca. What a POS. If she is expecting us to feel bad for her, news flash! We DON'T!

I see similarities between Mark Winger and other wife murderers like Chris Watts and Scott Peterson. Seemingly decent husband and fathers who have a dark side. Scares me.

Donnah's family is literally the sweetest, and so was Donnah. No one deserved this. This was so heartbreaking. Thank you Kendall, for sharing this story.
