Blank tapes are NOT media and can not utilize the media mail service with the post office. If they had recordings on them, then you can ship via Media Mail.

Wish I had time these days, as a full time college student I don't get much free time outside of weekends. The most recent time I went to anything local that wasn't a game store was the Flea Market, which was kind of expensive honestly. I'm not asking to get, I don't know. . Chrono Trigger for $5 or something, but if your prices are higher than ebay I'm not really interested.
