Lecture 1: CDC Preventive Medicine resident, Stephanie Ajuzie, MD, MPH, described the Maryland Department of Health’s process to achieve reaccreditation through the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).

Lecture 2: CDC Preventive Medicine resident, Jane Gwira Baumblatt, MD, MPH, FACP, presented a comprehensive overview of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), an initiative focused on assessing the health and nutritional status of both adults and children in the United States. She also provided a practical example of data analysis using the 2017-2018 Diabetes data collected by NHANES.
