Getting all the inside framing completed in the guesthouse. It can be tedious and boring but needs to be done. Talking about why attic airflow is so important to keep ice dams from forming.

Hello fellow subscriber's....We, my lovely wife and I were just sat here talking about Northern Seclusion and Joe and Melissa and all their pets and their lovely lifestyle. I looked at the information page and it said that they've had over 35.5 million views!..... "That's because they're good people"said my lovely wife. I totally agree and the joy they bring to our house thousands of miles away is just awesome. I have Northern Seclusion on notification so we get to watch it right away. Only this channel has that accolade.... Thank you Joe and Melissa, you are awesome!

Totally with ya on choosing what to film and what NOT to film. So true, there are people out there that think they are superior at all things and lord knows they want you to know about it! Thanks so much filming at all, so informative. Happy Hammering 🔨🔧🪚🪛

Never stop teaching Mr. Joe. I have learned so much from your posts. Joe's way seems pretty dang good from here, but I understand avoiding the BS as much as possible. You do you...that's why I watch! Best wishes!
  • Just found you yesterday and I'm binge watching to catch up. Great show! I feel like I can actually learn from your instruction. Thanks

The house that Joe is building is looking real good. I am amazed at you doing this all alone. Keep the videos coming
  • "We'll just pretend we didn't know that" says the guy making a youtube video about it lol. Love construction vlogs like this, so insightful in the way buildings are erected.

It’s amazing how talented you are Joe. Thanks for bringing us along.
  • Joe, I think you operate your life regardless of comments on YouTube, therefore you should feel free to post what you want. You know what's what. Don't worry about "comments".

I've been a drywall hanger and finisher all of my life. Your house would be a pleasure to hang and finish. You take care to be positive it's straight, all nailers are in and ready to go! Builders like you are appreciated! There are less and less of them around.
  • Love this series Joe. I have done a lot of framing but never had to know the code. As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know. Thanks for giving me a bunch of good tips and tricks! Great job! Looks terrific!

I would love to see that portion of the house building. But I totally understand where you're coming from some people just can't not comment on something that they don't like or don't agree with. I am very appreciative of what you've shown so far. Keep up the good work.

You are such a thoughtful human being Joe! Always thinking ahead and about other people and what their needs might be in the future. I’m enjoying this build and can’t wait to see what Melissa has in store ❤
  • I didn't think I'd have any interest in watching you build a house but here I am! Explaining the airflow to the attic was very interesting! It's pretty cool to see how much work goes into this. I never realized how many rules and regulations there were.
  • As always great video. I have bee watching for several years but have started watching your older videos. I really enjoy watching. Look forward to more. I’m older and don’t have TV so I watch you tube. You are definitely one of my favorites and look forward to each video.

Good deal, Joe. I also like to put that blocking in the walls where towel bars and toilet paper holders will be.
