In this video, it's Bowser VS Mario at Northern Cave with "Fury Bowser Theme" from Bowser's Fury playing in the background. This music plays when the gigantic Fury Bowser appears and tries to destroy Mario. Northern Cave best resembles the area where Fury Bowser is fought, though I'm surprised there isn't a stage in this game where it's constantly raining.
