Problem with Matraca is she's better than everyone else in Nashville and deserves a wider audience., so damn real and earthy, a beautiful uniquely talented song writer whom i consider one of the very best we've ever had. glad she's making money from the songs she wrote for some Nashville " heavy weights" wish she would release a new cd once a year.

IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. I HAVE LOVED THIS WOMAN'S MUSIC SINCE I FIRST HEARD HER SONG "THE THINGS YOU LEFT UNDONE" IN 1990! SHE IS A RARE TALENT, ESPECIALLY IN A TOWN THAT HAS TURNED IT'S BACK ON TRADITIONAL HEARTFELT TO THE BONE COUNTRY MUSIC. I WOULD WAIT ANOTHER "100 YEARS" JUST TO HEAR THE MAGIC WORDS THAT ROLL FROM HER TONGUE. HOPEFULLY, THAT WON'T BE NECCESSARY AS SUPERSTARS LIKE KENNY CHESNEY HAVE DISCOVERED WHAT SOME OF US HAVE KNOW FOR DECADES.

Got to get around the music industry idiots, these days, because they are tone deaf when they can't hear what we hear, when Matraca sings the songs she wrote. Just great music and a beautiful voice, coming from Matraca Berg. What is not to love? Let's all ignore the soulless asses, who disliked Matraca's songs.
