  • Great interview! I met Jeff Galloway at the Los Angeles Marathon Health & Fitness Expo a few years ago. It was great to hear his presentation and read his book. I trained for the marathon using his training method (that was before Jeff Galloway was championing the Run-Walk-Run Method).
