Unfortunately I had to take my shared slides down. It was requested that individuals "make a copy" before editing, but many disregarded this request and it got to the point where I couldn't see my own emails in the floods of " ______ requests permission to edit...." Sorry guys! Here is a link for purchase:

Here are the links to the TPT Classroom Decor I use.
**PLEASE PURCHASE ** and respect fellow educators BEFORE taking a screen shot. I know it's easy these days to just grab and go, but now more than ever we need to support each other.

Thank you for this video. As someone who has almost no experience teaching anything with technology and will now be a completely virtual teacher this video was a godsend. Thank you for making every step simple to understand
  • I've challenged my staff to create a summer learning page (my amazing librarian tech. teacher is helping of course) and she shared your video with our staff. I have 40 of 52 certificated teachers, my office staff and my assistant principal and I completed already. This is amazing and will be a fun way to keep our kids engaged during this never ending summer break! Thanks!!!

OMG! Thank you so much for the walkthrough of how to begin the bitmoji classroom! This was literally the first video I pulled up...and I've already learned so much...and now am "obsessed" with learning more. Best wishes to a great school year! :)

Thanks a million for sharing this. I was worried about trying this as my school went into remote learning two months ago, but they look so cute and fun, so I wanted to try it. Your step by step tutorial makes it very easy. :)
  • Very clear and quick. Love your table of contents, it was so helpful! We are heading into week 9 distance learning and this will be exciting for the kids !

Thank you, especially for not assuming everyone is computer savvy bc that’s an issue I’m having with a lot of videos I’ve been trying to learn DL from. 😀
  • Thank you for moving slowly and in a calm manner! So many videos are at such a frantic pace and assume so much prior knowledge, I can’t keep up! This was perfect!
  • I love this tutorial so much. I watched twice and now I’m not overwhelmed. I purchased the slide to save myself a ton of time getting started with a new position and moving to a new country - that background is ideal for my style as well as a new third grade classroom. Maybe later I’ll find time to make virtual classrooms as well but for now I’m glad to have this quick start 👏
  • Been searching for someone to explain how to save your background for the things that you don't want moved in your virtual classroom. OMG!! Thank you.
  • I've watched multiple tutorials and this one by far is the best one I've seen:) Thank you!
  • I chose this tutorial because it appears that you posted it on my birthday. Thanks to your easy to follow instructions, I just finished the first of many Bitmoji Classroom Slides! Have a great school year!
  • Thank you for this! I'm creating one because, as Olaf says, "I'm controlling what you can when things feel out of control."
  • This video definitely made my day! I love being over the top and this is right here is up my alley! Thank you so much for sharing! Learned so much!

Omg I love this!! I want to change up my presentations with this.
  • Good morning, This tutorial is very well done, and I can't wait to try this morning. I have been using my bitmoji in my art classroom for the past few years. My students will get a kick out of seeing it in my slides. Thanks so much!
  • Thank you so much! Yesterday was an ultimate low in this remote learning experience. This has reignited some excitement for me. THANK YOU!

Hey there, great tutorial! At 12:25, the screenshot. Instead a screenshot, try saving the base scene as a JPEG or PNG file (click File, scroll down to Download, select JPEG or PNG (current slide). That way the image doesn’t start to blur as you mentioned when you insert it as a background.
  • Very informative and easy to understand - Time to get the journey started!

Outstanding, Katherine! This tutorial has made my day! Great instructions regarding little details, and I'm looking forward to surprising my class on Monday when they log in. I'm definitely subscribing to your link to enjoy future lessons!

Katherine, this is the FIRST video where all the instructions were clear and I was able to follow AND learn. Thank you so much. More?
