Anthony claims the FBAR is totally made up. In a prior video he explains how Treasury's FBAR regulation does not reflect the law, but conflates foreign financial agent with foreign financial institution in order to grant FinCEN and the IRS powers never given to them.

    this is being blocked for some overseas - the link from the desc - "the site can't be reached" nice going, solicit feedback then block i guess for 'security' reasons for those that care enough, use vpn
  • I just clicked on the link and this is the message I get "Warning! Invalid ICR Refrence Number or it is not allowed to submit a comment now" Typical, the people the FBAR affects the most (Expats) aren't able to leave comments
