I’ve been taking it for 6 months now. With good results. I’m down 35lb. I’m also doing intermittent fasting . I have at least 30 more pounds loss to get to goal .

Thx. I like to learn new things. When I get up in the morning (without eating any sweets at night) my sugar level is usually around 100. I just started taking the metforman. Let' see what happens.

Been taking metformin for more than 5 years,never lose weight on the contrary I gain 5 kilos. Now taking berberine for a 1 and half month lost 1 kilo already my sugar has gone down.🙏
