Watching this takes me back to when I watched this concert online. Our city and country had just been in Pandemic response Lockdowns; this concert was a gentle Christmas candle at the end of a hard year.

As a bassist, I really appreciate what MISA brings to the session. She’s rhythm section and second guitar at the same time

Again, I cannot watch this without noticing something else that impresses the hell out of me. However, there are 2 things, and I have noticed them both, before but didn't mention them. Misa is such a talented bassist that I think her innate sense of melody can be overlooked by how impressive her technique is. This song really highlights her ear for melody because she doesn't play outside of the song. She lightens her finger technique, to follow the natural melodic sensibilities of this particular song. She follows the light, airy feeling that this song is built around. The second thing that I noticed was how Miku's voice had really blossomed, particularly with what Mariah Carey fans would call, her "whisper register". Saiki is such an amazing vocalist, that it's really easy to overlook Miku's voice. These ladies are such hard working, professionals that they just keep impressing me, again, and again, and again! Miku's guitar playing has also gotten so good that she can carry the guitar parts, on her own, and still deliver a vocal performance this good! Ounce for ounce, the best band out there! Belissimo! Bravo, Band Maid! Bravo! Nerer stop!

Band-Maidの曲と演奏は人数が信じられないくらい音がリッチ 3人でフルバンドと勘違いするくらいだし、5人揃うとオーケストラかってくらい音が溢れるの凄い

I always come back and listen to this song. Miku absolutely nails this with her vocals. it’s an emotional ride .I would love to see her do this acoustic version in concert. For three instruments .the sound is absolutely fulfilling.❤❤❤

Absolutely beautiful song in acoustic. And Miku.... goddamn. She may have taken a backseat vocally to Saiki, and also on guitar behind Kanami... but she just reminded everyone why this is HER band. And the absolute lack of an ego to know she needed a stronger vocal and guitar and to let herself be backup and rhythm when the band formed. But she's grown so much in both fields since then. That little pigeon can sing...
