Lmao i was 99.9% sure this was a power trip cop. Now im 100%

Lying on a police report is a felony....unless you're a cop. Then, it's a 'lapse of memory under difficult circumstances where he feared for his life'.
-
What do you mean, the policeman has to do better? The policeman needs to get fired for filing a false police report, making a false arrest and for filing false charges. He needs to be prosecuted and sent to prison for his crimes.
-
A corrupt cop is not an anomaly but when a DA watches a video that contradicts the charges and doesn’t drop the charges, there’s an internal problem. A falsified police report is a felony in my state. It looks like Louisville is charging the wrong person.
-
"Forgot" to turn his body cam on... Imagine that
-
Just a cop with bruised ego who didn’t get to assert his authority.
-
Lived just down the road from Valhalla in Simpsonville, Kentucky, for five years. Spent a lot of time in the Louisville Metro. To use a golf phrase, this is PAR FOR THE COURSE for Louisville Metro cops. Absolutely the WORST in the country.
-
Good cops who don't call out bad cops are no better.
-
Man was that cop hoping nobody filmed the incident
-
The police lie? Color me shocked.
-
When are we going to hold cops accountable to the law?
-
Oh a Kentucky Police Officer didn't turn on his bodycam? Sounds very familiar, almost personal. They never learn. Scotty is going to torch them in court.
-
this just goes to show that if he werent scottie scheffler they would have gotten away with this. How many people have been falsely arrested because of these clowns. police are here to protect and serve the citizens, not to write tickets and assert their authority
-
Media stated he dragged the officer and the officer had to go to the hospital. Seriously ridiculous, overly exaggerated by the police.
-
They also said the officer was dragged by the car , had injuries and had to go to the hospital, in addition to the ruined pants, so the lies and false reports need to have all of them fired, and they need to get the hell sued out of them.
-
This cop should be fired
-
As someone from Louisville, this is flat out embarrassing for the city. Very disappointing. So embarrassing
-
No. Jury. On. EARTH! Would convict after watching this video. If the charges aren't dropped by Tuesday, you plead not guilty AND sue the LMPD in Civil Court
-
There is no situation a cop can't make worse!
-
You would think, I stress the word "think", Louisville officials would want to sweep this under the rug as quick as possible. This is so embarrassing for the city of Louisville. For Louisville to let this play out is shocking and disgusting. They should have dropped the charges before Scottie left town. What an embarrassment for Louisville.
