  • I played this song on repeat as my Dad lay dying in 2002. The 1st note brings tears of remembrance. This is without a doubt the most underrated of Neil's tunes. Thank you Neil!
  • Neil Young is playing this like his fighting for his life - I love it.

Neil is the god of rock music. Always true to his craft and the ultimate professional musician. A fan of his since back in the 70s and even more so now . Such a dynamic performer . No one like him or will ever be . Long may you run my old friend .
  • If Neil Young would have never existed , then, He should have been invented. My number one since 40 years .
  • I think Going Home is one of Neil's most impassioned songs ever to be captured by a recording device. It is a grossly underrated and underappreciated song of his.... along with No Hidden Path but that's another story

Neil Young shows again what it is to play with passion. Even though there are many who point out that he can’t do this or that on guitar, he’s got the ability to use everything he knows to express all that he feels. That’s what makes the vocal performance, the driving rhythm playing, and the aching solos all so glorious. Sad to see Peggy singing in the background after all that’s happened since. But still, it was a real moment of glory.
