Most important thing to keep in mind regarding hobbies - you do that FOR YOU and not for anyone else. If you're not enjoying it the same way a small kid enjoys doing something simple - than it's just one more chore on a, probably already filled, to-do list.
  • Some of my hobbies are: 1. Cycling with my friends. We actually started a cycling club. It allows us to exercise & see places in the city we don't normally go to during our everyday commute. 2. Learning & teaching English - I started an English club where we discuss different things to improve our English speaking (we aren't native speakers) 3. Video game - I mostly play solo after work. 4. Having afternoon tea - I just love everything about it: the process of preparing tea, setting the table, the smell of tea, the taste of my snacks. It feeds my soul. 5. Maybe if you count singing Disney songs in the shower a hobby, then yes XD.
  • The hobbies I already have: —Running (XC, Track) —Snowboarding —Jazz (Saxophone and writing) —Reading about geography and marine biology —Occasional drawing I think I’m pretty proud of how I changed from a guy constantly on his laptop to someone who feels fulfilled when I wake up everyday.

As someone who’s been playing video games my entire life I can safely say that if you haven’t played video games before do not get into them. The negatives outweigh the positives. Moderation can be very difficult as video games are extremely addicting. Unless you’re able to make money off of it, don’t even consider it
  • As an artist that have drawn for a very long time and have gotten quite good at it. I really recommend picking up art, it sharpens the mind and is a great way to relieve stress
  • Dancing is also a really great social and physical hobby. And I think more men should consider engaging in.

    1. music (piano , drums, producing music) 2. making yt videos (only just started TT) 3. gym 4. painting 5. cooking (99% of the time it just be some form of fried rice tho ngl) 6. sport (swimming, tennis) 7. learning korean (so i can travel there for holidays after i graduate) 8. reading and journalling (self improvement books and novels - im reading 'the little prince' right now, its very therapudic, would recommend) 9. studying (if you overcome your conditioned hate towards it, it actually is a pretty therapudic and fulfilling way to spend time) hobbies i used to indulge in but cut out of my life (they take up too much time): - video games (i only play with friends very rarely as a social hobby) - watching youtube videos that dont have educational value - netflix, tv shows and movies
  • Social hobby - ? Solo hobby - Meditation, music production (FL Studio), journaling/writing sometimes, (thinking of starting boxing+workout+running) I'm also into finance and options trading, not sure what category that would fit into. Finding it difficult to look for a purely social hobby. I'm very introverted btw lol. And none of my friends have any hobbies.
  • Here’s my top 3 that I think will help improve yourself mentally and make you more marketable to the job market. 1. Martial arts 2. Volunteering 3. Learning a new language
  • @LeanMan69
my main hobbies are video games, mountain biking, skateboarding, climbing trees and playing basketball with friends. I'm borderline an introvert so most of my hobbies (skateboarding and cycling) I do by myself but the rest (video games and basketball) i do with friends regularly
  • i recommend doing sports with friends!! i do most of my sporty hobbies (that benefit my mind) with friends - snowbording, skiing, poledancing, ice-bathing, climbing - it makes so much fun and the social interactions help motivating each other and keeps pushing me more
  • @DC-zt8gj
Running is also a great hobby to take up. It is social if you join a club or do something like parkrun on a Saturday, and it's physical and can also be done by yourself.
  • my hobbies are video games, reading a book, drawing, journaling, sometimes going outside and jog when it is nice. Yes, there are times where I do socialize with people, except it is a small portion that I like and not others. The rest I do alone! Oh, and sometimes I go on the internet to gain some new knowledge and information like animals and things that can make me cope and heal.
  • @valentinraess
One of the most underrated and most mind-healing hobby for one is taking walks outside.

This channel impresses me. Many channels have grown and talked about being a man, but this channel has talked about creativity along with that, and that is rarely done.
