More than 1400 years ago, a man called Ali bin Abi Talib said "If you are afraid of something, throw yourself in it, for the pain of fearing it is much harder than trying it".
  • This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 7 months ago about self development. Now I have 720 subs and > 200 hours of watch time. I know itā€™s not comparable with others but Iā€™m still proud I started because Iā€™ve been learning so many lessons that I could havenā€™t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

The world doesn't need people who are different. It needs everyone to be themselves

I was always afraid of heights. I finally decided to overcome my fear and take up skydiving. Not a tandem jump but the course to get certified. First jump out you go out with instructors holding you but they let go, falling next to you helping you learn how to fly your body. When the time came I pulled my chute and I was under my canopy 3,000 feet up. I looked down and it was just my shoes and then just immense fear and panic overcame me but the thing was, there was nothing I could do about it. I was forced to experience the panic and deal with it, eventually it wore off and I returned to a clear mind. When I landed I felt like I climbed Everest. You cannot grow as a person by staying in your comfort zone, get out there and be the person you want to be.

The more you come closer to the fear the more prepared you are to deal with the possible danger. Fear is good, Fear is your friend!

Courage - the ability to do something that frightens one.

I don't understand why this video does not have millions of views. Simply amazing.
  • A bad habit or addiction is not just a battle between you and the substance or act, but more so a battle against you against yourself!
  • Instead of the words that Nike uses "just do it," I've shortened it to GO! Then I moved. Just one word was all I needed.

I was presented with a new opportunity at work after being in my current position for over 2 years. They increase is minimal but the knowledge this can bring me, will help me rise to my next stepping stone alot faster. This video helped me leave the comfort, easy zone and challenge myself once again

A little while ago my cousin offered me a job, I was supposed to manage a house but I excused myself from fear and anxiety and I found myself looking for a solution to the problem I saw this video and I would like to find more videos to move forward.
  • I have been so fearful all my life because the abuse, however, I have charged right towards it head on for the past two years...because I was just tired of it. All my decisions were made from that energy. And as I was declaring in this moment I am no longer fearful of xyz...here this video appeared as I was searching for a good feel video of finally being over it. There might be new ones as I embark on this next challenge, but I no longer fear those things that once kept me bound. I'm OUT!!!!!!
  • @LisaS1
I've let fear stop me in my tracks. I just feel like I'm half alive. I'm trying to get a new perspective on the area I live in.

This is good stuff. I always knew, but I did not realize - If you can face your fears, you can face anything
