Risk of Rain Returns all Ancient Scepter effects (version 1.0.4)

IMPORTANT! As of this version, Loader's M700X Discharge Conduit gets no buffs with the Ancient Scepter, which is why I didn't include it in this video. You can see video proof of this here: x.com/baconmutt/status/1748474195850531151
So please please PLEASE tell Hopoo to fix this problem! Risk of Rain has an official Discord where you can get in touch with the developers, but I'm currently locked out of my account. If you're a part of that Discord, tell the devs about this issue ASAP. Mercenary's Massacre and HAN-D's Dismantle also appear to be buggy as well and don't seem to work consistently, which you can see in this video, so tell them to look into that as well.

I'll reupload this as new characters and moves are added into the game, so be on the lookout. Here are all of the new names and additional effects:

Commando
0:00 Suppressive Barrage
Fires 10 shots instead of 6.

1:11 Lead Shot
Hits 8 times instead of 6 and doesn't lose damage when piercing through enemies.

Huntress
2:12 MK7 Rockeye
The arrow drops 12 bomblets instead of 6.

Enforcer
3:21 Tear Gas
Inflicts fear instead of stun.

4:31 Evacuate
The shots are bigger, inflict stun, and knock enemies upward.

Bandit
5:37 Assassinate
Fires twice. If either shot kills, all skill cooldowns reset.

6:40 Quick Draw
The buff lasts for 20 seconds instead of 15.

HAN-D
7:54 UNETHICAL_REASSEMBLY
Deals electric damage to nearby enemies, and enemies are stunned for longer.

9:12 Dismantle
Burns enemies, dealing damage to them over time, similar to Artificer's Flame Chakram and Flamethrower. Only one enemy can be burned at a time.

Engineer
10:29 Auto Turret Mk. 2
Can hold up to 3 turrets instead of 2.

11:22 V.0.5 Beta Laser Turret
Can hold up to 2 turrets instead of 1.

Miner
12:06 Starbound
Hits 5 times instead of 3, inflicts stun, and uses up 15% of the Scorching meter instead of 20%.

Sniper
12:58 Spotter: ISOLATE
Inflicts slow status.

Acrid
14:16 Pandemic
If an infected enemy dies, Acrid is healed.

Mercenary
15:24 Massacre
If an enemy is killed and another enemy is nearby, the number of hits on this move will reset.

16:26 Between Time
All attacks hits 4 times instead of twice, and the buff lasts for 5 seconds instead of 3 seconds.

Loader
17:30 S260 Overload Conduit
The lightning beacon has a bigger radius.

CHEF
18:11 FULL COURSE MEAL
The next 2 skills will be boosted.

19:19 BUFFET
Hits 12 times instead of 6.

Pilot
20:32 Air Raid
Can hold up to 3 bombs instead of 2, and the bombs inflict stun.

21:39 Aerial Barrage
Hits up to 20 times instead of 10, at a faster rate.

Artificer
22:50 Incinerator
Hits 12 times instead of 10, and each hit deals 100% damage instead of 80% damage.

24:00 Binary Star
Summons 2 balls of fire instead of 1.

Drifter
25:09 Recover
Summons 6 temporary items instead of 4.

26:14 Rebuild
Creates a temporary copy of the item you get.

Robomando
27:32 OVER-WIRE
Has a 20% chance of giving you 2 of the same item when opening chests.
