Hi! I really never reach out to people, but I know your husband is going through paramedic school and I wanted to say that you got this! I am 22 years old and I have a two year old boy. My husband is a full-time firefighter paramedic and I had Bostyn, my son, right in the middle of all of my fiancés ride time, school and clinical time all while he was working full time as well. If I’m being really honest, it was tough and felt lonely sometimes, but if you are with the right person you can get through anything! We made sure to have date nights every now and then and make sure to also romanticize our time after the baby went to bed. Now, Bostyn is 2 years old next month! I truly wish you the best and wanted to let you know that I can relate to you 100%!

Our babies are around the same age and mine would only nap for 30-45 minutes around 3 times a day and it was so hard because I couldn’t get anything done! So I started to keep her up longer in the mornings until she was super tired but I kept making her stay awake. And soon enough she got into a routine of staying up longer but then napping for over 2 hours every time I put her down. It helped a lot, maybe you could try it. But if it doesn’t work for y’all, that’s totally fine too!

about your sweater! the best thing you can do is wear a cotton t-shirt or long sleeve underneath it, so it will not be directly on your skin and you can still wear it ☺🤍

don't worry, H&M still has lots of their clothing made out of cotton! My mom taught me to check fabric content back in middle school, I almost exclusively buy cotton clothing. H&M as well as Forever21 have clothing made from recycled cotton too, if you're looking to be a little greener additionally! hope this helps you find more cotton clothes! 🥰
