From Korea to Small town PA to Los Angeles. I went from an overacheivin adoptee, to a corporate designer, married to a childhood crush and left everything to live a simple life in Peru as a mom and community advocate. I'm sharing a bit of my backstory so that old friends who just got snippets can get caught up or new viewers can get to know me a bit and see where my healing journey has taken me. I share backstory so people can get a sense of why I'm passionate about sharing tools to help people be happier and healthier. I touch on relationships, motherhood, autism, adoption, abandonment, sexual abuse, time in jail, the mental hospital, perfectionism and overachievement and how I used to be left me exhausted, sick and struggling with life. I'm still working every day to learn and participate in our beautiful world meeting life where it is and happy to share what has worked for me hoping it might be of service to you too.
