I'm Filipino-American. The last time I went to the Philippines, Mcdonald's served rice, spaghetti, coke float (it's like rootbeer float but they use coke), fried chicken, and caramel sundae. I'm pretty sure there are other stuffs, I just can't remember. I went nuts. Lol.
