  • No autotune? No 12 writers with the same word repeating all through the song? What is this magic? The REAL QUEEN

Only those who lived their teenage years during the 1980s can understand how important this woman was. Rest in peace, Tina.

RIP to the queen of pop. She had more talent in one arm than most of the pretenders these days.

I just remembered that Tina died this year...its as though we shouldn't be living in a world without Tina...God really blessed Black folks with otherworldly vocals....Tina is up there with so many Black vocalists whose music simply transcended all genders, race, ethnicities, cultures, and so much more. R.I.P Tina Turner, your music will live on forever.
  • Tina Turner , the ONLY person in the entire world that can SOUND EXACTLY like her record live. This is amazing. 👏

Her story inspires the heck out of me. She ran to freedom and found who she really was.
  • Yesterday, I was feeling low because I had to make up a shift at my job but then I read how Ms Turner survived 16 years of abuse and rose from the ashes to become a legend.. I felt inspired and in awe of her grace and strength.❤
