Those people who get by on only 4-5 hours of sleep every day: you're destroying your health without even knowing it

Two weeks of 6-hour nights? When we had a kid, I had 3 years of 6 hour nights, but awake for 1-2 hours in between two sleep blocks of 3 hours. My brain was mush after it.

In india, it is not about any work culture . It's about transportation bottlenecks and a culture of govt job preparations. In cities like Mumbai, you leave early at 5-6 am to catch the local train, reach office at 9 , work till 5-6pm , reach back home at 9-10pm , go back to sleep at 12-1am to get up again at 4am .

How hard is to make a graph with the amount of hours/minutes, i wanna see the rankings not have to do a calculation for sleep time and wake time for each country.

Usually I wake up for the third time after a total of 6 and a half hours of sleep, and that’s when I call it quits. Not great, not terrible.

So many misinformation, Like she said sleeping 7hrs is so perfect, however sleeping 6hrs is equal to pulling 2 consecutive all nighter, like that 1 hour difference had such huge impact

Asian countries eat a high carbohydrate diet. Noodles and rice. Whereas Western countries eat a more high fat and meat diet. Eat ketovore, the proper human diet.
