I wonder if Alrx ever thinks to himself “Damn,they’re good! That is exactly how it happened.” As he cries and rocks back and forth.

Lying about not being down at the kennels was the clincher.

I hope that everyone who wants to be a prosecuting attorney saves this! He is BRILLIANT!

Anyone who has fired a 12 gauge shotgun before, knows the incredible destructive force they have. For a father to even point that weapon at his child let alone pull the trigger knowing what that gun does.. It’s incomprehensible

Can you just imagine the things Alex has done and gotten away with ,that we DONT know about?!!!

He said he wasn’t there. If they didn’t find that video on Paul’s phone he probably would have gotten away with it. That video put him right at the kennel location a few minutes before Maggie and Paul were murdered. When asked if anyone else was there he said “no”. He admitted it! No one else there but him! No one else on the video recording the kennel visit but Maggie, Paul and Alex! God Bless Maggie and Paul because they didn’t deserve to die like that from someone they thought was suppose to love them! Outrageous!

I believe he himself stole the black out rifle. This is premeditated. He stole the gun long ago and was plotting this. He said in court, "Whoever killed my son had hate for him" Yep, it was dear ole dad that hated him for the boating accident. It was gonna cost him everything. Don't do drugs people..they will make you irrational in your mental illness. He literally aimed the gun at his own flesh and blood and blew his brains out. That's a whole different level of sick.

When prosecutor Waters said Maggie was running to her baby, wow! That hit home for me! Can anyone imagine the sheer horror of seeing your son/daughter gunned down by their own father/husband? I teared-up and got a lump in my throat! JUSTICE FOR PAUL & MAGGIE!

Creighton Waters was meant to be in the courtroom. Charismatic and doesn’t miss a beat. I love watching him, everything he says, how he moves around the courtroom, everything!.

At 62, this was the first case I have ever watched on Court TV and it was this prosecutor that lured me in. He was truly amazing the way he pulled everything together for the jury! Congratulations, all yours and your team's hard work paid off and this monster is locked away forever, as he should be!!!

I thought he may be getting setup, but after hearing the Prosecutors closing argument. I have changed my mind. I believe he is guilty. I never heard the whole time line, and after hearing how he laid it out. It sure looks like he did it. The Prosecutor did a fantastic job! Bravo, well done!

That fact that Alex was at the kennels minutes before the murders push me to believing he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Man ! This prosecutor did an amazing job in his closing argument, he painted a whole picture of how this happened minute by minute and all of it told the story and made it make sense. Wow ! 🤯 pretty mind blowing how he made every minute count to mentally visualize the seen as its happening! ! Amazing! 👏🏼👏🏼

I think the fact his sons brain was out of his head and by his feet, and Alex tells the cops “I checked his pulse” “are you sure he is officially dead?” Really gave it away for me, as a father of a two year old son, if anything happened to him I would be so inconsolable I wouldn’t be able to make clear sentences, I would be trying to ask who did this, why it happened, not explaining some crazy story and establishing a timeline of specific times I wasn’t there.

This is all about Alex, but as you hear this closing argument you realise how many others lives have been damaged and altered. Horrendous.

This guy is so committed. Power point...probably up all night making sure he gets everything exactly right and believable. He did say he slept very little and ate soup for meals....pure dedication. I cannot imagine the hours he put into this closing statement. One of the best.
