she completely contradicted herself by saying her mom "did her kris jenner things and made it come to life" and then saying she worked as hard as other girls to get where she is. like she just admitted she didn't.

No offence, I'm sure she's worked hard but till this day she still doesn't recognize her privilege. Just saying I made a book with pictures of me and then "Kris Jenner did her thing" is LITERALLY privilege itself - she didn't have to find her own agent which a lot of girls struggled in the first place and the fact that she CAN go to Europe for castings.

There's nothing wrong with being privileged so I don't know why anyone would constantly try and deny it or refuse to acknowledge it. We would all make the most of our social position and family connections if that helped us pursue our dreams. No shame there. She surely worked hard, it'd be wrong to say otherwise but she definitely had more chances than any other model who came from nowhere.

that is just bizarre is that rich people and especially the Kardashians have big issues with accepting their privilege, she literally said her family made her job harder LMAO. That is a lie. Why cant she just say: "Yes indeed I asked my family to help me and I am aware I might have gotten great opportunities because of my last name, but my last name gave me interviews, but in order for me to become this successful and employers keeping me around I had to work really hard and get better every day." Easy as that. But I completely agree with the relationship thing she said, sharing your relationship with the whole world must be terrible for you and your partner.

Miley Cyrus is one of the few celebs I know who admitted her privileges, and how her father’s connections helped her to be where she is now, and no one even said that she was a product of nepotism, because of how talented she was.

it doesn't make sense when she says her platform/reality show hindered her. she's from a generation of models completely based in social media - hailey, bella and gigi all have connections and are this generation's most known models.

I’m confused. She said she had no interest in fashion and just rode her horses and did sport yet when questioned on how she got so far so quickly in modelling she said she went to every casting in the US and Europe and worked harder than anyone else. Just admit that Mummy pushed you into modelling and with the massive platform the contracts came in thick and fast. We’d all appreciate her a lot more if she was just honest about it.

Honestly nothing against her, but the way she first said that her interest started with photography sounds like any girl now that wants to sound ''deep'' about their social media behavior. Also, how she said that her family even made it harder for her at some points.. it sounded as if she is still trying to even convince herself. I think if she had said, ''yes i do have some advantages but i still want to clarify i worked very hard'' then it would have been understandable but that just made all my assumptions even worse.
