This song works super well for double life! I especially liked how it all kind of linked back to the whole quarrel between Scott and Pearl. They were blaming each other the whole series, but in the end one took responsibility. (Also I love how Grian was paired with “you know that you’ve seen this all before”)

Something about that bit with Joel and Etho holding hands in the nether portal as they both accept their firey death really just pulled at my heart ❤️ fantastic animatic

3:07 and beyond where the remaining pairs begin to lose their last lives rapidly as the song escalates, finally ending with pearl and scotts deaths is such a nice sequence 👍

You didn’t have to make me ugly cry like that- Wow! The way the song fits Double life so perfectly!! Like I was in tears the whole time, and then when I saw Etho and Joel holding hands burning in the portal together! I lost it. This was the best Double life animatic I’ve watched so far… it was excellent! 👏👏

3:27 - the song at this part fits perfectly with SmallEtho's death. It wasn't Bdubs and Impulse's fault for trapping the portal, it was Etho and Joel's, which is why the line is "it was not your fault but mine."

This song is pretty much double life series in a nutshell and fits so well since everyone is literally responsible for the other persons "heart" life. Well done. All these animations that everyone has been doing have been wonderful and amazing to watch inbetween the sessions and seasons.
