Never apologise for being happy, there is too much crap going on in this world. Its people like you who show you dont need to be a millionaire to enjoy life. Seeing these vids takes me away from my boring life and puts a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.

If you make it back to The Highlands, Dan, go to Fort Augustus and then hike into Glen Affric. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did. A place so stunningly beautiful, you carry it with you forever. Enjoying the videos. Keep it up.

Hi Dan, new subscriber here. Loving your videos. Im north west of inverness. Love seing you happy and enjoying yourself. Your life to make the best of and you are. Learning lessons along the way as we all do. Thanks for sharing with everyone im sure it helps a lot of people even the ones that cant make it out to do what you do. I actually feel like ive been on a trip with you and look forward to catching up on your previous vids and the future ones too. My tip for venison Soak in lee and perrings sauce/red wine/either or both overnight maybe in one of those bags you have. Put in pan or on barbacue,( not in bag. ) lightly fry, melt in mouth. Stew slow cook red wine ❤xx Dnt keep apologising your doing amazing look at subscribers 👏👏

Lovely scenery! Don't like Venison either. Glad you had a lovely time. Haven't been to Scotland for many years. Would be nice to go back some day. Thanks for sharing. Take care 🤗

This how I cook deer meat. I take deer steaks and marinate them in barbecue sauce, in a pan overnight. Then i get a pine board and place the steaks on this board. Stick it in the oven, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When its done, salt and pepper to taste. Then I throw the steaks in the garbage, and eat the board. Deer meat is an aquired taste. A taste that I've never learned to like. Ilove your videos. Been a subscriber since you first started. Keep up the good work.
  • No! Don’t say that Dan you won’t feel daft for thinking and saying you are blessed. You are and thanks for sharing 👍

Your video allows us to touch the magnificent beauty of the sea coast of Scotland. We are very far from you. In our consciousness, Scotland is associated with the heroic events of the past. Unfortunately, now the relationship between Russia and the UK is quite tense. But there is no guilt of ordinary people. It is sad that for me, for example, it is almost impossible to get into the wonderful places similar to what is shown in your video. Similarly, a citizen of the United Kingdom is not easy to visit hidden wild places in Russia. Although it would be wonderful. Thanks to YouTube, we can virtually present in places where we can never get into reality. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
  • Hi Dan, great location for a camp mate, venison is a very rich meat, the sausages tend to be seasoned, however when cooking the steaks it's all about what you cook it with , I recommend red wine, pepper, tomatoes, and if you like them mushrooms, which dissipates the intense flavour of the meat and makes the whole meal very tasty 👍 great to catch up on your channel bud, atb Paul 🙏🏕️🏕️🏕️😁
  • Awesome video. One of the best I've seen on YouTube. Thank you for sharing Daniel. 👌
  • @jeffngill
Good choice dan. Nights in the bar can always happen but nights in that location will stay with you forever. Thanks for sharing

I can't believe it Dan .. you just ate Rudolph and Christmas is around the corner ..lol. Fantastic camping site no wonder you slept good with those sounds. Stunning sunrise and having your coffee looking out over the water was mesmerising and listening to your thoughts made me think back on a saying my parents taught me .. There's those that are Scots .. and there's the rest that want to be. No accounting for Scottish parentage mate. Deer is not bad with a nice gravy but there's no substitute for real beef meat my friend. Thanks for the nostalgic journey looking forward to the next upload. Bushyboy Oz.

  • I really enjoy watching this absolute beautiful view. Amazing video thanks for sharing.
  • I enjoyed the video Daniel, not sure exactly where you filmed but it looks like familiar territory. Being in the wild and especially in Scotland gives you an immense feeling of self-awareness and satisfaction. Solitude especially gives you an amazing appreciation of being alive. Summer 2021 was an excellent year for me exploring the west of Scotland and the Isle of Skye. At times I felt a bit lost and at other times I felt completely at one. The feelings come and go. I'm fortunate to live just north of Inverness. I'm really looking forward to getting back out to some of the best areas I found and experienced this year in the spring-summer 2022. I'd be happy for you to join me at some point if you can make it. All the best and take care.
