Israel vows retaliation after deadly Golan Heights strike

There is growing concern violence will escalate in the Middle East after a rocket attack in the Golan Heights area of northern Israel on Saturday killed a dozen children. Israel blames Hezbollah, which denies responsibility, and has vowed to retaliate.
