Born in Logan. Grandfather and Great Grandfather were coal miners. Used to love downtown Loganโ€™s two movie theaters. Movies on Saturday and bowling on Sunday.

  • My father worked in Logan for many years for Norfolk and southern railway. I've never been there, but plan on doing so very soon. Thx for the video.
  • Seeing this place again brings back memories. I grew up here and it was amazing Hardly no crimes and peaceful.
  • Several years ago there was a program on the History Channel about the Buffalo Creek disaster of 1972. It was narrated by someone from my home town of Mount Hope. His name is Jack Spadaro.
  • Used to drive in from Hewett with my Grandad to see movies downtown, and go swimming at Chief Logan State Park.
