I appreciate your realism in this video! It's so easy to feel like we aren't doing enough for ourselves bc social media often influences us to do THE MOST all the time. I think the real form of self care is just doing things that makes us happy, whether it's doing a daily skin care routine, participating in sports, furthering your knowledge with books, painting your nails etc. Thank you for this self care guide Mira!💞🌷
