You should do an "Imp and Skizz after hours" where you talk about more adult subjects so Skizz can tell the story.

When Skiz is talking about Mumbo taking the time to write a personal message with every signature, he says well first of all that's why this line is so long, but that's true for two reasons. Yes it did take a long time per person but the reason so many people wanted to even be in the line is because of the kind of person Mumbo is. Just awesome.

it was Cub, Iskall, Mumbo, Tango, Impulse, and Scar on stage. X on call, Hypno, Joe, and Python in the crowd
  • I always thought Impulse was one of the nicest hermits but could be extremely scary if you messed with him or his friends, and I was right, the face he made when talking about the stage not being accessible for Scar he was very scary! (or I'm going crazy but I think you can see the ressentiment even years later) and I love it.
  • I remember this like it was yesterday because of Rendog. "Growing And Maintaining a Strong Server Community." What a topic. Skizz's live stream got picked up by many other Twitch streamers too. It was awesome! That live stream went everywhere. I was in Rendog's live stream when he cut away to it. He wanted to be there with you all so much. We were shocked. But it was Rendog's joy and pride of seeing his Hermits friends represent your group with honesty and professionalism that brought us all to tears. We were proud of your too. That video from your phone still floats on the internet today. I remember how astonished we at home we and the audience were to hear X's voice coming from that wonderful cardboard box. LOL. Following Joe around was hilarious but worth it. Cub, Iskall, Mumbo, Tango, Impulse, Scar, Xisuma. Python and Hypno were seated in the audience. Scar did speak about being lifted up to the stage. And how much he appreciated everyone's help getting him to the stage safely. Someone also filmed the meet and greet and I always wondered why that guy was sitting on wall signing autographs? I just figured there wasn't enough room at the tables you all were sitting at. And then there was the line. OMG. So many people came to see all of you. But we also know it was about Mumbo. LOL Someone filmed a little of your surroundings in the house. All I know is it was clear that all of you were having a wonderful time. And we here at home were honored that you thought of us to bring us along with you. Thank you for doing that Skizz. It will be forever appreciated.

😂 impulse remembering Tango as Xisuma’s head animator, when he was the one who did it 😂 Ren’s restream hitched a few times, but he refreshed and it worked. X had to have been watching the stream, because he commented on someone moving his head😂.

I’d love Skizzleman as a hermit, or at least just a regular guest, just because I feel like he could be a great Everyman. Just sort of someone who could let viewers vicariously be on Hermitcraft. Just there to check out all the things others have made, hang out with friends, get up to shenanigans with others, and just generally have fun and just be there and add his own flare.
  • @IrtiPlays
OMG - I loved my time in the house… I’ll never forget Cards Against Humanity
  • @ParkerJ2003
Tango can be a guest on a future podcast! Also skizz should tell the cards against humanity story on a stream or in his own video
  • Skizz talking about listening to people talk and laugh is SO my experience. I LARP, and if I go to bed early, I like crawling into bed and listening to people talk outside my tent. I literally never sleep better than those moments.
  • That mumbo story makes me cry every single time Just got to the tango part and I'm crying again. I've never hear this story, never knew tango was so unsure like that. Glad he had skizz in his life
  • @yelpme6471
listening to skizz talk about how he was like "this will never happen again", and the sheer appreciation for the moment and people around him really hit home. i have a really flighty family; none of us can stay in one place too long. so when me, my mum and my aunt all ended up in my living room just relaxing, i felt nothing but pure joy and appreciation that all our different lives managed to entangle just for that night? it was perfect. i get that feeling to a T.
  • @GraceLJW
Skizz seems like the type of guy that is very aware of a pivotal moment in life while it's occurring, no matter how minor. Like with Tango and the pants, and how that made him confident in you enough to be reassured when you have him the nod.
  • @virine1506
Was Bdubs included in that 3'6" height average? I'm curious to know if his height increased the average or brought it down.
  • @PartialDemon
It is my firm belief that there is no better icebreaker type game than 'Cards Against Humanity'. You can learn so much about a person, not from the answers they give, but from how they react to other peoples answers.
  • It seems so long ago that the only thing I knew about Skizz was that he was a friend of Impulse’s and also the Minecon 2016 hero for capturing the footage he did. It’s been over 3 years now that Skizz is one of my favourite content creators and I would definitely mess up on my words and probably speak super fast yet awkward if I were to meet him or any of the other hermits. Thank you both for telling stories from this Minecon! Skizz’s grocery shopping with Iskall was hilarious. xD And hearing about how Mumbo treated those kids lining up for autographs is the sweetest thing. I’ll have to go rewatch the panel because when I first watched it back in mid-season 6, I was a huge Iskall and Mumbo fan and they took most of my focus. I wasn’t even subbed to Impulse yet and definitely not Tango (as he was on hiatus). I think I subscribed to Impulse shortly before you built that match game towards the end of the season, and then to Tango when he came back from hiatus. This will be a podcast I’ll come for a another listen at some point, I’m sure.

45:48 Skizzleman, here's some words of affirmation I realized about you while listening to this part. You're so incredibly insightful, you're always able to figure out exactly what people are wanting to hear - as demonstrated in this story here, and all those Words of Affirmation you're currently distributing on the Limited Life server! But not just that - you have both the charisma and sensitivity to deliver those insights in juuust the right way for each individual audience that you speak to. Energy, jokes, seriousness, somberness - no matter the tone, your way with words always shines, and leaves us all with a smile on our face at the end of the day. It's truly incredible and the world would be such a ridiculously better place if there were more people like you in it.
  • @Laxmi13
Why am I tearing up while listening to this podcast? You're telling happy stories, and I'm driving along, eyes filling up with emotions. (I'm not driving right now.)
  • @sasssquash
Damn Skizz, you're an incredible storyteller! Hearing you talk about the "Am I gonna put on my big boy pants?" moment has helped motivate me to keep working on my ideas: even if they're cringe and I fail, at some point I just have to just push through the fear to achieve my goals.
  • I think at a smaller scale, I can relate to what Skizz is saying about Minecon changing him. I have what people would consider a "normal boring office job" but I also do theatre on the side. Every time I finish a show and have to go back to "normal work" I feel a little more lifeless inside like, I just had the time of my life doing something I love and now I have to stop doing that in order to make enough money to live
