Who is still watching Dr Khalid Mohammed in 2020? From Ghana I love Dr Khalid Mohammed
  • I was named after this man . My father claimed to have heard him speak at a Saviours Day and was so smitten with him that he gave me his name . A true honor .
  • It’s crazy how both Malcolm X and Muhammed were brought in by their leaders and also stripped of their status by the men they admired for different reasons but similar in context.

"Have you forgotten that once we were brought here, we were robbed of our name, robbed of our language. We lost our religion, our culture, our god ... and many of us, by the way we act, we even lost our minds." - Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad

I was driving down fulton st in brooklyn NY 25 years ago and this great man was speaking to a crowd of people, i rolled my window down as i passed him to tell him that i loved him, this great man responded back" I love you too my black brother" that was the most special day i ever had..RIP black KING...

He never was allowed back in NOI and left in 1993 to become head of New Black Panther party, he stayed until his death in Feb., 2001 at age of 53. He's buried in Ferncliff Cemetery in Westchester County, New York, near the grave of Malcolm X.
  • Dr. Khalild Muhammad simply commanded respect and when he spoke you listen. I’ve always enjoyed his messages and interviews. RIP.
  • Farrakhan saw him as a threat. He feared the backlash at what Khalid was saying. Even though Farrakhan is deemed to be bold and controversial, there is an invisible line that he does not cross. This allows him to keep his platform. Brother Khalid crossed that line. Patrice Lumumba crossed that line. Martin eventually crossed that line etc..etc..This is evident in the fact that they were silenced with death and they had that "Umph" that shaking in your boots type of power where an air of danger surrounds them. A fearless abandon like the runaway slave where he would find freedom for himself and his people or die trying. Martin Luther King Jr. said "A man is not fit to live unless he finds something worth dying for". These were such men.
  • Who is listening to this February 2023.what great speaker miss you my brother R.I.P
  • His words coupled with his body language told me everything I needed to know! May Khalid's Spirit live On, a lot of our Brothers need it at this time!!!

It's ironic how many parallels and similarities he and Malcolm had.

Brother Minister Malcolm X and brother Abdul Khalid Muhammad was the real deal and they didn't play with these Caucasian people
  • I gave Min Khalid that bow tie when I was providing security for him in Stockton 1992
  • @jggrimm
Malcolm has never been equaled or replaced. Yet, he remains someone we learn from.
  • @nickx4576
Powerful. Brother Malcolm X was sent to wake us up and Dr. Khalid Muhammad was sent to set us straight.
  • Minister Malcolm X & Dr. Khallid Muhammad...2 AMAZING Revolutionaries! Love them both!
  • @landotheman900
I never been able to get into Farrakhan the way I can sit and watch Khalid or Malcolm

I didn't know about this brother until recently and I was raised in the NOI for 12 years. His loss is heavy on my heart because I never heard anyone on the stage speak with his conviction and unapologetically. The whispers in the ranks he brought on the stage with NO FEAR and his loss without so much as a word from the minister before his passing really hurts me as someone who looks up to him.
