I love this summary. I literally just ran a somewhat rushed workshop that followed almost all of these steps in 6 hours. We did the a different sail boat, but we did a version of 10 for 10, dot voting, value estimation and effort impact. You're right that this is NOT rocket science. I would love to hear about the nuances of the actual facilitation. How do you read tone, body language, the presence of jokes, etc, etc...

I miss a 'check-in' exercise, where you make sure your group 'lands' into the workshop and kind of leaves there day-to-day aside and focus entirely to the workshop.
