I don't remember that one! Funny! As for video format, I convert my AVI files to mpg. My quality is low but because of my settings, not the format (I have video issues on my computer). I hope this helps.

Exercise right before bed helps you sleep better? No, it fires you up! Exercise should be several hours before bed. Rolling my eyes at 70s wisdom! Anyway I remember this well & thought the women seemed pretty crabby! Those misogynistic 70s! And get a load of the guy with the 4 eyes! Ain't he cool? LOL
