what is the technological core to disruptive a health care industry? I think Rwanda we tried to disrupt the health care through mutuelle de Sante(Community Based Health Insurance System) this system proved to be effective because is affordable and accessible to the rebar of humanity.

Interestingly, though Christenson clearly recognizes that competition seems to have an inherent tendency to raise cost, the book Christenson wrote on the subject is cited approvingly by the vice president of a "free market think tank" in my area. Makes one wonder f the think tank guy actually rad the book.
