Robot war technical issue: no reward for viewing an ad.

normally the app offers a warning that "ad is unavailable" or "participate in 1 battle" but sometimes it will allow players to view an ad but won't provide the reward for the ad. this happen frequently and when it happen the reward for the ad will never be provided whether it is upgrade countdown reduction or lottery draw until the daily reset occurs.
