Thank you for your story. I started my classes in September and still feel lost and felt like I was being too slow. I live in the Cleveland area and I have a partner and we are trying to start this business. How or who does your marketing ? In New York we constantly have to be marketing to Brokers/Realators for business. Which is time consuming and expensive. I have one employee and myself. Also do your inspectors get paid a % of each inspection they do or a salary? Do you have any issues maintaining them in the winter months when things slow down? Thanks

If you make $300k a year, why try to sell stuff on YouTube to an incredibly small audience? Seems like it would be a point of diminishing returns for the few thousand you get out of it.
