Why is there a defense? Because Tim Jones wants to get more attention to himself by pleading NOT GUILTY. There is a tapped confession definitively with his voice and admission to the killings. Why waste time badgering a police officer that was with a group of other police officers when Mr. Jones was brought in 5 years ago. He sat down and filled out the necessary paperwork required of him. Move along!

What the hell is their point about the CO's not writing about the daughter?? He killed ALL of his kids and said it many times himself in his confession... So what's the issue? What's it matter if they specifically write daughter or not? Is the daughter part of all his kids? Ya ... Ok... Then he killed her too! Wtf!

Older or Oldest....... what difference does it make........ he says the oldEST just dropped dead AFTER he had the child do an hour of PT. Whether he strangled the OldEST or didn’t, HE killed ALL the children. 😢

Defense Attorney is very difficult to understand when he talks... like he's chewing food when he talks. He do not articulate his words AT ALL.

Defense is definitely grasping and trying to confuse this Corrections Officer Pressley on purpose. Its quite clear someone else could have seen this animal before he was turned over to this Officer but insists on this Officer answer questions he can not answer.
